Indro Bhushan Paul and Fani Bhushan Paul first dreamt of establishing a secondary school where the children of traditional Hindus would read. Since 1936 Patarhat Jubilee Institution has been established. The donation of the rich Hindu businessman led it. There is a specialty in it. There are 2.46 acres of land, including a road. The school building is south-facing, surrounded by many trees and a flower garden.
